Rental Housing Registration Program

The City of Bartlesville requires the registration of all rental housing properties.

The City of Bartlesville is committed to maintaining the attractiveness and safety of all residential neighborhoods.  Good property maintenance is one tool to achieve that goal.  As such, the City has adopted an ordinance requiring the registration of rental housing properties.

The annual registration is a flat fee of $40.00.
