Planned Unit Development (PUD) Procedure and Application A supplemental PUD is required when requesting a rezoning of land to an office, commercial, or industrial zoning district designation.
Site Development Plan Procedure and Application A site development plan must be approved by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission prior to the issuance of a building permit for any tract within a district having the supplemental PUD designation.
